Fix Template Size in Swift as Secondary Storage
Cloudstack incorrectly uses the physical size as the size of the
template. Ideally, the size should refelct the virtual size. This
PR fixes that issue.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

When using Swift as secondary storage, when a template sync happens,
Cloudstack incorrectly uses the physical size as the size of the
template. Ideally, the size should refelct the virtual size. This
PR fixes that issue.
