CLOUDSTACK-9623: Deploying virtual machine fails due to "Couldn't find
vlanId" in Basic Zone
In Basic zone, while deploying a VM it fails with an unexpected exception.
This is reproducible only when java asserts are enabled.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/nitin-maharana/CloudStack-Nitin nitin4
