@murali-reddy @rhtyd is there an ETA on the
`test_create_volume_under_domain` fix? The current Travis build is failing on
the following test cases:
* `test_volumes`
* `test_vpc_network`
* `test_vpc_offerings`
I would like to understand the root cause of these failures before merging.
