@rafaelweingartner This PR is two fold.
1. This is something that was done a long ago for hosts and was never
implemented for storage. It transitions location of of storage tags over to
dedicated tables (storage_pool_tags) and converts current storage_tags to the
new location so there should be no impact on current installation
2. For secondary storage there is no need to show details since they are
coming from configurations that now support ImageStore as Scope via PR1615.
With that Details tag becomes obsolete.
