So here is the wiki

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Google+Summer+of+Code+2017

I have added the person who created the ticket on Jira as the potential
mentor for now. Please add anything that I might have missed. The
candidates should add their names against the projects they want to work on
and we can figure out ties later.

In the mean time, we need to figure out what is the deal with ASF and GSoC
and how we can get ourselves in.

Thanks,
-Syed
