A bug was found in the systemvmtemplate patching code and has been fixed in this PR: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/2855 (tests OK) The above fix does not require new packages per se, but only a new systemvmtemplate. Please continue testing RC1 this week so if we find any additional bugs we can attempt to fix that before RC2 is cut.
