Here's my vote: +1 

I've executed the following upgrade tests: 

From 4.9:
4.9.1.0
- Xen 6.5
- KVM CentOS7
- VMware 5.5u3

4.9.2.0
- Xen 7.0

From 4.11:

Upstream - from 4.11.1, 4.11.2, 4.11.3
with the following hypervisors:
 - Xen 65, 71
- KVM CentOS 7
- VMware 5.5u3

Also basic networking running on 4.11.2 with Xen 6.5sp1 

I've made sure user is able to execute the following actions post upgrade:
Upgrade SystemVMs
Restart networks
Interact with VMs (crud)
