   **Describe the bug**
   When expunging a VM user is able to select root volumes of other VMs, this 
may cause corruption of neighbouring VMs by accident
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. Create a VM and destroy it 
   2. In the dialog observe user is able to select root volumes not owned by 
the VM
   
   
   **Expected behavior**
   This should delete the root volume of the VM by default and should only list 
you data disks related/attached to the VM.
