@shwstppr please see https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-primate/issues/184 And check against the old UI, I think if account is specified then the form should create the user in that account; in my test I created an account with username 'domadmin' and account 'domadmincontainer' but it ended up creating a user/account with the name 'domadmin'.
