**Describe the bug** Detail settings (for templates and instances) lets you create settings with null values. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: Goto the templates / Compute > Instances > Specific VM > Settings Tab Add settings lets you add a key without a value - no checks done / fields need to be set to mandatory **Expected behavior** Legacy UI sets these fields to mandatory ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
