   Fixes #835 
   
   Currently, the template has the following types:
   'BUILTIN', 'USER', 'SYSTEM', 'ROUTING', 'PERHOST'
   
   Provide ui support for admins os that they can change
   the template type

   Template type can be seen in template details also
