In addition to the check Andrija suggested and in case connectivity is fine 
please check the /var/log/cloud.log file on your SSVM. Feel free to post the 
stack trace if there are some errors on it

know what CT means...?

you should first test if your SSVM is functioning properly - run 
/usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh and see if it reports proper 
connectivity to the mgmt server, DNS resolution working fine, can ping 
internet, etc..
