If you're getting emails directly (i.e., from being CCed here) and not from the mailing list then you're not subbed to the list. Make sure to get on there! All you need to do is email <mailing list name>[email protected]. So [email protected] for this list.
@Greg, unless I'm mistaken I believe the JPL people are waiting for clearance for the code to be given out as open source from JPL. So at the moment the JPL code hasn't been approved for donation yet.
