In fact, I don't know what is the connection with simpleform and I don't care anymore 'cos I'm using XForms now, but I can still see the connection between cinclude and xsl:include cos it doesn't work when xsl transforamtion is before cinclude transformation. I don't exactly remember what was wrong with simpleform. It was something with "error" tag which was "corrected" in M1.
