Hi Geoff,

I finally got around to implementing the EventCacheGenerator I promised you.
(see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-dev&m=105827099404184&w=2 ) As
part of the implementation I needed a way to create events from parameter
descriptions in the sitemap. I've solved this using a factory pattern. Please
take a look whether you like this approach. I haven't yet included the
Transformer version yet awaiting your remarks about this one. If we go by the
factory approach we should also change EventCacheAction and the factories should
be declared globally instead of in the Generator's configuration as it is now.
