Patch applied, thanks for contributing.

Some comments:

1. Don't copy CVS directories!!

2. Doing a "cvs diff -u" makes applying a patch much easier.

3. The file /Cocoon 2.1/src/blocks/midi/samples/midi/cocoon isn't used anywhere,
is it?

4. The files at /Cocoon 2.1/src/blocks/midi/samples/xmidi/ aren't used at the
moment, are they needed?

5. More general: Why we don't use xmidi.jar and the classes inside, but
reimplement the stuff again? Or do I miss anything? If not, what happens if
XMidi 1.3 is released? We do have to reimplement it again ...

The Cocoon.mid sounds really cool :-)
