I cannot find any ways to get the = into the SET command, \= doesn't work, quoting the string doesn't work. So I would say: 1) Add the -D option to the ANT command line, and 2) Use the code in cocoon.bat for passing more than nine parameters to build.bat (as using the command line for -D looses us two parameters).
