After some more testing around with Cocoon and JSP I made a step away from Cocoon. It seems that Cocoon in combination with JSP is generally is not the best way for building XSL-based Websites. Inclusion, redirecting and such things don't work very fine. So we had to build our own "JSP-Cocoon". Concerning the bug: I have not tested it anymore, because of the missing JSP-capabilities of Cocoon.
