[PATCH] docs pages containing <source> are sometimes too wide

I have decided to work on the bug here in Cocoon rather than at Forrest, for
various reasons: There will be more exposure here at Cocoon. One of the
potential solutions has been known to be a memory hog in past Cocoons. So i do
not want to destroy Forrest's build, but a Cocoon sample does not have such impact.

I applied Conal's patch but not yet committed. There is a problem with the
approach. Many authors use the <source> element to have specific pre-formatted
text layout ... like a poor cousin to ascii-art. Forrest and Cocoon both use
that heavily. This patch does not use <pre> so it breaks their usage.

I am building a "samples/text-wrap" to demonstrate the two, maybe three, methods
that we now know about.
