I have added it to my working copy and it seems to go nicely. However we will have trouble reviewing your patch. There was changes to site2html.xsl after you sent your files. Also it is very difficult to review your changes when you just send the whole files. Also there are un-necessary changes to some files (for example license header re-format in petstore.js). Would you please do a 'cvs update', then cleanup the re-formatting where possible, then generate a diff for the patch (ask if you need help). Are you able to provide some notes about the "list of bugs" to assist with review and so that we can make an informative cvs log message.
