Joerg, did you add the CC or did it appear by default? ('cause I didn't since I believe it used to be that dev is always CC'ed).

I did it. And it's not done by default as Bertrand tested on Friday http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24489. I don't know if there is an option to set by the admin that dev is always CCed on Cocoon related bugs. At least at the moment we must do it by hand.
