Sounds reasonable, what do others think? I can't imagine a real usecase where
this breaks indexing. <p><b>W</b><i>ord</i></p> for old HTML style I can imagine
or maybe <apache>Cocoon</apache><cocoondev>Wiki</cocoondev> where it should read
CocoonWiki, but IMO this is the task for transformation steps, not for the
content. So anybody against applying the patch?
