http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26107 Logic sheet docs fail to mention that namespaces must be declared at top level ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-01-14 12:03 ------- Well, if you take a look at AbstractMarkupLanguage.TransformerChainBuilderFilter.startElement, you'll notice that if you to allow adding logicsheets during processing of the arbitrary tag in the incoming XML, those logicsheets will not get startDocument() event, and will not get all other SAX events preceding element this logicsheet was declared on. This will break all logicsheets which have dependency on xsp:page element (like ESQL and others which have "xsp:page" template). So, unless you want to work on a solution, I'd suggest to fix documentation. Vadim
