Sorry. I understand now. The "+" was written in the sense of "lex" tokens
or "regular expressions" as grep, perl, etc. To me it was not clear, since
it is not a standard XSLT notation. Seems like I still have problem when
people is mixing languages. Sorry. :-(
Well, I will fix it back, but I think some other people (as me) can
missunderstand its meaning and think it is a typo. Since this is posible I
think we need to find another way to represent it or define a "notation".
Maybe:

To me this is clearer than a single "+" with the meaning of another language.
I will wait for an answer before make the change.
