Yes, this is a lot of work - and we have to do it on all branches where
we expect new releases, so it might be safer to not only change 2.1.x
and 2.2.x but also the 2.0.x branch.
2.0.x? Do you really think there will be new releases in this branch?
Anyway, as this seems to be a mass of work, I think we should wait
for the release and switch right after it.
+1. And let's use the licence by reference, i.e. have the short boilerplate notice in the source files.
