For the Openoffice.org example (can be found in the scratchpad) I had to
add an entry for the Openoffice.org doctype too. As Openoffice.org is
licensed under non-compatible licenses I simply added the entry to the
catalog and the DTD is a complete empty document without any
information. This workaround solved my problem ...
