Also, the Rhino case triggered a whole lot of related discussions about additional policy requirements laid upon ASL-licensed projects w.r.t. the licenses of their dependencies. And that encompasses both Java and non-Java projects - but unfortunately the Java world hasn't CPAN yet, which must have been created partly to solve the problem of library licenses. Moves the legal burden towards the user.
