I've coded and tested a fix for this bug:

in my local CVS tree, and I still have a question after reading the "How to Contribute a Patch via Bugzilla" document. Should I attach the patch to my original bug report? Or should I open a new one with "[PATCH]" in the summary so that my fix will go into the patch queue? If so, how do I reference the original bug entry?
Add it to the original patch and add "[PATCH]" to the summary.
