I would say yes because this gives us more time for 2.2. I would really like to see a new structure of our documentation (good starting point is http://wiki.cocoondev.org/Wiki.jsp?page=Cocoon215TOC) which would break many(all) existing URLs. 2.2 gives us the chance to restructure the docs in any way we like.
