[ ] Write a RadeoxWikiGenerator and distribute the Radeox binaries in the chaperon block
[ ] Create a new radeox block for this new RadeoxWikiGenerator
[ ] Stay with the Chaperon-based wiki parser as *the* Cocoon wiki parser and forget about Radeox
[X] Create a new "wiki" block with the two parsers.
Possibly remove the "chaperon" block, if it's used only for the Wiki, but I think it has other uses so we should keep it.
