First Xindice DB is created in current directory (instead of WEB-INF?)
Does anybody know why source factories are initialized twice? It can be seen on Cocoon startup:
... trying to register database trying to register database - RAMJobStore initialized. ...
Where, "trying to register database" is coming from XML:DB DatabaseManager, which is invoked twice from the XMLDBSourceFactory, which is initialized twice by the (IIRC) source resolver. I can send stacktraces if it helps...
