FYI, it appears that none of the JSPEngines can possibly work in WebLogic
8.1. Bea has made the required response class have a package level
constructor.  They also appear to be checking that the request object is
one of their's when a forward is done - the request dispatcher throws a
ServletException with a message of "Original request not available" when
JSPEngineImplNamedDispatcherInclude is used.
