The current expires based caching of the cinclude transformer is really very handy for some use cases; but I see the value of the solution here suggested as well. Now I think, we need both (and for compatibility we should never remove a feature). We not creating a new clean transformer for the purpose and leave the cinclude transformer the way it is. In general, I think it's time to rethink the whole caching approach :(
