I committed the pre-alpha cforms xml editor (Swan). It has some pipelines commented out to not expose some security holes, so just uncomment those on a private server to try it out. There are lots of bugs, and visual mis-design for anybody interested to jump in and help fix :)
I committed it in the forms samples, and we can move it somewhere else if we need to. --Tim Larson
