The option I found was for a theme called 'rightsidebar'. I have not heard mention of a 'leftsidebar' theme, so, unless someone wants to do some HTML coding, we're stuck with a right hand one!
Not even HTML, it looks like it's all CSS based, so it shoudln't be that hard to change. Just a matter of digging in and finding the right element's definition to change.
In fact, try changing http://wiki.odoko.co.uk//wiki/rightsidebar/css/screen.css
Specifically, scroll down to #sidebar, and change:
right: 0px;
to:
left: 0px;
and see if it works properly.
