I just tried to make a redirect inside an error-handler and it doesn't work as the redirector on the InvokeContext is not set. So it seems that we have to set it in the ErrorHandlerHelper class when the new error invoke context is created. The question is now, which redirector implementation to use? The same as the one used for the InvokeContent during pipeline executing? A new one?
