To me is not working the OO Impress sample:

Could it be because of lines like this:
<config:config-item config:name="BitmapTableURL" config:type="string">file:///C:/Program%20Files/OpenOffice.org1.0.3/user/config/standard.sob</config:config-item>
(note the fixed filepath)
