Why, can't you grep their base interfaces like:
  for i in $(egrep -rl 'SitemapModelComponent|OtherBaseInterface|Other)
?

Also, how about defining a marker interface for components that need to be documented in this way? AutoDocumentedComponent extends Component or something like this.
