I first had to adapt the script tools/bin/create-repository-jars.sh for svn. It is a little different than with CVS but works more or less as before.

Compiled with (output of java -version):
  java version "1.3.1_13"
  Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.1_13-b03)
  Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.1_13-b03, mixed mode)
