Can't look at it this week but I guess that there is a problem with 
your neko upgrade.

It seems that the class HTMLtoXMLStringConvertorBuilder is missing. 
Don't know what happened here; I just commented it out from the xconf
and then it works (it's in SVN now).

Ahem... some new things I'm working on and forgot to remove from the 
conf files when committing my changes yesterday...

The class exists on my drive ;-)
