Oh, really? The license on my code is (and always was) MIT (i.e. more lenient than Apache) . If there is a problem with that then you also have a problem with Torsten's project (which is obviously based on my code).

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't remove it in favor of Torsten's project, but please do not imply that it is because of "legal problems".

Anyway, I don't think we should release 2.2 with javac-api and javac-impl because the legal problems of using them haven't been resolved completly (IIRC).
