Are you planning to have Daisy send changes emails like the wiki does?
It would be good to keep track of contributions.
Individuals can set up the change notifications they recieve (see User
Settings). To send changes to the Mailing list would, I guess, mean
setting up an "account" for the mailing list and subscribing it to all
changes.
