Another important achievement in better error handlinn!
When an exception occurs in a pipeline after a TraxTransformer (i.e.
xslt), it now reports the *real* exception that was raised rather than a
useless RuntimeException (see [1] and search for 'new RuntimeException').
Also, the reported exception shows *where* the error occured, i.e. in
which XSL stylesheet it happened.
