This looks like a corrupted cache (though it's been a while since I've seen the message that results from one). If so, you may have to shutdown Cocoon, delete the cache files (cocoon-ehcache-1.index and cocoon-ehcache-1.data) and restart Cocoon... -- Peter Hunsberger
