No: Cocoon is far far more than cforms. cforms is a presentation layer
on a system that should be presentation layer independant, so IMO it
would not be justifiable in any way to try and couple the release of
Cocoon to the stability of cforms.

I'd spend the effort to move us to 2.1.8 just to get a look at the new
Cocoon stack trace stuff.
