Pier I might be stupid but where is the JIRA instance you're testing
on? I do not see anything cocoon related on public Apache JIRA.

hmmm. That's another strange thing. How could Pier give me committer
rights if I have no JIRA account? (at least logging with
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and my std password fails - are credentials
automatically synced with bugzilla?).
I believe accounts were copied across from bugzilla. Have you used your
bugzilla credentials?
