With all this OSGI stuff and work, I lost track of HEAD. Anyone care to

It's not much work: edit xconf, xroles files for 2.1, create xconf in
block/WEB-INF/xconf/ for 2.2, edit gump.xml/module.xml files, and have only one
copy of block under:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/blocks/
which is then linked with svn:external into
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/branches/BRANCH_2_1_X/src/blocks/
