I've always used that term to mean that there can't be any more code changes - such as just before a release.Mozilla uses 'frozen'.
Well, there definitely going to be code changes to improve the "JavaInterpreter" (stupid name -> RT!) But as a user you won't have to change anything in your code. So far that's the only promise I can make
