The live demos have been updated but that page gives an error, as does

I fixed a JS file for the 2.1 branch (some incompatibilities between
Rhino 1.6 and 1.4).
In trunk, jdbi.jar is not added to WEB-INF/lib, but I'm kinda lost with
the migration to maven which seems to impact also the Ant build. How do
add the jdbi library to the build?
I would also appreciate a crash course on how to add new dependencies in
trunk.
