[M10N] adding cron entry on the zone

I'ld like to add a cron entry to the zone for user maven to start
pushing snapshots to the apache.org snapshot repo.

Can someone add "maven" to /etc/cron.d/cron.allow and do any other
necessary foo-magic so i can start cronning ?
